That was too much gambling in last year's winter event - for every set building. The cottages is okay I guess - especially if you still need population. Also design looks nice of the upgraded 1x1 buildings stuff. I don't really care about decorations or the defense stuff or medals (I get them from other sources) from victory tower. (I skipped expedition but for event it is necessary.) So just pay the 10 diamonds if necessary for another move - instead of trying again. Important thing is not to waste goods on failed attempts for the 'forced' negotiations on the event quests. Can be a bit tricky if you aren't really efficient and started with with a new city. (Also sometimes there are quests in between without fp requirement.) (Coins never really were an issue.)Ģ or 3 days ago I reached the daily event quest. Doing side quests and the daily challenge (if quests are doable and the rewards is okay) helps - especially with the supplies you are short on.

But I have a lot of time to be online and I know to build efficiently from the main worlds I play on. It is possible to do the event with a new city. (Cause I was curious for vikings stuff and wanted to play beta because of that.) Don't attack them for it.Started with my beta city 2-3 days before the Winter Event started. This is a Feedback forum on the Beta server. This entire thread is nothing but people getting attacked for sharing their opinions, and that is simply pathetic. How about we focus on the game and how we can contribute to it's improvement instead of how we can dissuade people from contributing to feedback in the first place? It appears more like what we are doing is simply attacking anyone for saying anything, regardless how serious the statement is, or even what the statement really says.

Is it unreasonable to say the delay is 'mildly frustrating' - no, it is not, especially when followed by 'however I understand why' and completed with a comical laugh. My feedback was that I liked the event, though I wasn't thrilled with the changes to how matches are used.and also that I'm not sure I can max out my winter spire even after I complete the questline.
